I am a certified Wombs Doula and a proud mother of three beautiful children. Two of my births were vaginal and unmedicated, experiences that deeply shaped my respect for the strength, wisdom, and intuition of the birthing body.

Supporting women through birth is not just something I do — it is my calling. I am deeply passionate about caring for mothers as they navigate one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Whether your journey leads to a vaginal birth or a caesarean section, I walk beside you with unwavering support, compassion, and respect.

I believe birth is not one-size-fits-all. My role is to hold space, offer reassurance, advocate for your wishes, and remind you of your power — especially when things feel intense or uncertain. I show up as a calm, grounding presence, a steady hand, and your birth bestie when you need one most.

My approach is heart-led, mother-centred, and judgement-free. I honour every birth story and support you in feeling informed, held, and empowered — whatever path your birth takes.
